We take great pains to accurately describe all the instruments we have for sale. Any damage or alterations will be noted up front.  DiPinto Guitars allows a 48 hour grace period on all Internet and phone order sales.  If you decide to return the item, please contact us immediately to let us know. Pack the item for return shipping in the same box with the same packing material as in which it was received. Insure the instrument for the full sale price, and ship it via package service (FedEx or UPS) that provides a tracking number. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and DiPinto Guitars will not be held responsible for the cost of shipping, or any damage or lost items.

We will issue a refund once the merchandise is received in the same condition in which it was sent.    Your refund amount will be the cost of the instrument, minus our shipping and handling cost, plus:

• If you pay with credit card or paypal, your account will be credited the refund amount less 3%.
• If you pay with money order or certified check, you will be issued a check for the refund amount.
• If you pay with a wire transfer, we will wire the refund amount to you minus a $40 bank fee.
